Holtz, Slavett & Drabkin, APLC is proud to sponsor  the 35th Annual Tax Controversy Institute, which will take place on October 22, 2019, at the Beverly Hills Hotel.  The Annual Tax Controversy Institute is a part of the UCLA Extension and represents one of the preeminent events in the country exclusively dedicated to tax litigation and tax controversy matters.  This year’s institute will cover a number of tax compliance issues, including offshore tax compliance, tax fraud referrals, passport revocation in collection proceedings, tax enforcement related to cryptocurrencies, litigation before the new California Office of Tax Appeals, and new trends in civil and criminal tax enforcement.

Holtz, Slavett & Drabkin tax attorney and partner, Igor Drabkin, will be a speaker on one of the 2019 UCLA Tax Controversy Institute panels: “International Enforcement – What’s Old, What’s New and What We Can Expect”.
